The start of Epistudia

The beginning

Epistudia was founded by Dr. Taulant Muka, a medical doctor, scientist and epidemiologist.

Work experience

Dr. Muka has been working/researching in high ranked universities such as Erasmus, Harvard, Stanford and Cambridge University and University of Bern.

Publications

He has published over 170 scientific articles, and taught several courses in epidemiology.

Academic freedom and data driven

Epistudia was created as an open source, and data-driven scientific platform to apply and promote the best scientific principles.

Why trust us?

We have to get it right!

Most healthcare interventions (up to 94%) we apply are not supported by high quality evidence, and harms are underreported (Howick et al. 2022). Our science is knowledge-based, facilitates, and supports scientific skills development and to get it right
