Ann Mary Babu
Research Assistant

I am from India and currently residing in Hungary. I am dedicated with a background in clinical research and mentorship. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Pécs, I have been a research assistant for the past two years, actively contributing to clinical research projects. Additionally, I mentor international students, providing guidance and support to help them adjust and thrive. I am involved in various roles, including assisting in clinical research projects, mentoring international students, and teaching Indian classical dance at the University of Pécs.

I participated in the Integrative Med Yoga (IMY) Conference in both 2023 and 2024, demonstrating my commitment to integrating holistic health practices with scientific research. I have also been a co-author in the article: Effect of Yoga in Medical Students to Reduce the level of depression, anxiety, and Stress: Pilot Study (Goodbye Stress with Yoga GSY). PMCID: PMC11127401. My dedication lies in promoting cultural diversity and supporting academic and personal growth.

My passion for research underscores my holistic approach to education, and health promotion in the community. Furthermore, my professional experience has provided me with practical exposure in scientific research settings, enhancing my understanding and application of research methodologies and practices.
